Quantum Facades’ dedicated remediation team completed the façade remediation of this commercial building in Redhill, Surrey, for Praxis Property Management, acting as Principal Contractor. Following our investigations and recommendations, the works included the removal of the existing combustible ACM cladding and PIR insulation, alongside the design and installation of a new façade comprising Benx 12mm Y-Wall, Corofil COSB 44 fire barriers, Corofil CCFS vertical fire barriers, Genius Edge rainscreen and Genius spandrel panels. The project demonstrates Quantum Facades’ commitment to improving the safety and performance of existing buildings through carefully planned and coordinated remediation works.
